“Holy Mother and Father God, Holy Christ Sophia, and my ascension teams, please grant and assist me in unconditional forgiveness and forgetfulness for myself and all others who have hurt or harmed me, intentionally or unintentionally. Please connect to and fortify my/your 12D Shield.

Beloveds, I am requesting assistance to clear, source and collapse self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors. I request gate keeping for my prayers so I may heal. I commit to my healing. By the power invested in me by the name of Christ, I am claiming my freedom, sovereignty and liberation now and always.

For throughout the time space continuum, Beloved God.

I forgive myself for feeling like a victim. I forgive myself for being a victimizer.

If there are specific memories I need to remember, please bring them forward so I may heal them.

If there is an uncompleted work in me, lead me into a remembrance of the things, activities and covenants that I still need to renounce and bring balance. Protect my mind and emotions and hold my hand as we enter through this gateway together. I know that I am not alone in this work anymore, and I completely trust my direct relationship with you.

I forgive myself for letting my negative ego rule my responses to the way I live and the way I respond to others. I forgive friends, family and leaders of industry and government for letting their negative ego rule their way of living. I forgive myself for letting my life be controlled by various mind control programs of the NAA. I forgive others for letting their lives be controlled by various NAA mind control programs. I forgive myself for manifesting painful patterns such as judgments, resentments, fear, and anger. I forgive others for manifesting painful patterns such as judgments, resentments, fear, and anger. I forgive myself for holding on to self-sabotaging programs and actions. I forgive everyone who holds onto self-sabotaging programs and actions. I forgive myself for listening to my head instead of my heart. I forgive others for listening to their head instead of their heart.

I choose to forgive my oppressors and tormenters completely and totally. Beloved God, help me to continue to choose unconditional forgiveness and forgetfulness and to bless those that have hurt me, as they need love and are hurting themselves. Bless them to be saved from the oppression of enslavement and to realize that you have granted our freedom.

My body, mind, spirit, and soul belongs to God Source and is a vehicle of Christ Intelligence. Listening to my inner God Spirit is All there Is. I do this for one, as I do this for all.

LISA RENEE on “Ego Defense Mechanisms”

“Through the course of growing up from childhood into adulthood, we develop coping skills and will come to label people, places or objects in the environment that are acceptable or not acceptable in our belief systems. Ego defenses are similar to mental racketeering programs that are commonly used as coping mechanisms for reducing day to day anxiety, fears, and obsessions that are related to thought addiction or the need to control the environment. When we are addicted to our thoughts, we have lost balance with our feelings and sensory abilities that allow us to be fully present in the moment and be in a receptive mode to better discern the environment and their energies. We work hard to retain the belief that ‘I’m OK’ and there is nothing is wrong with me, even when faced with repeated negative patterns and feeling unhappy in life. Our ego minds are programmed and then neurologically wired to select and interpret evidence supporting the relationship to our self as ‘I’m OK’ and there is nothing wrong with me that I need to change, even when there is evidence that proves this to be contradictory. A variety of mechanisms: conscious, unconscious, and social will direct our attention to ignore the negative behaviors we cause in our life and to instead highlight what we think is positive or acceptable in order to increase our optimism and reduce our anxiety when facing problems or challenges. Unfortunately, we often are confused by what we perceive incorrectly through our own need to be okay through self-justification. Self-justification based upon social and mental programs of acceptance of negative and harmful behaviors, is deeply ingrained in each of us in order to feel better. To cope in this world our mental patterns make it easier for us to surface skim the information in the environment that easily supports what we already think we know or believe. To remain comfortable with our world view through confirmation bias, even if its not working well for us, is the way we resist change, or resist the need for emotional and spiritual growth. These mental thought patterns are distortions that we call ego defense mechanisms. Ego defense mechanisms help us avoid accepting evidence that challenges our self-image as a good and worthy person or that challenge our strongly held stereotypes or belief systems. We formulate these distortions as Ego Defense Mechanisms because we have not learned how to free the mind through the use of Negative Ego tools for self-exploration and deeper self-inquiry. As we learn to free our mind and love ourselves unconditionally, we know that we are okay without needing to self-justify. When we are free of our own need for self-justification, by increasing our inner self-approval and self-love, no matter where we find ourselves, then we do not need to justify others or justify ourselves. We are then freed to be capable of unconditionally loving others no matter what they may be choosing to do in that moment. It is what it is in this moment. We can blend a synthesis of analysis with Higher Sensory Perception in order to have better assessment ability and to understand, what is. Our goal in self-mastery is to find the balance between our thought process and our feeling process so that we recognize distortions in our thinking which block Higher Sensory Perception. Every soul is taking the same journey, but each soul has evolved at a different level. The teachings of the Law of One describe the spiritual laws that govern our spiritual evolution for each dimension and it represents the ultimate path to achieve sovereignty in the Cosmic Christ Consciousness. Simply put, the Law of One is the Universal Truth that All Is One. Ego Defense Mechanisms in a deceitful person give them self-justification to lie as they are either self-righteous or serving a cause where everyone lies. This is delusional behavior. We know that honesty is always the true pathway in our relationship with God that leads us towards Spiritual Maturity and Freedom. It is the Truth taught by Christ when he proclaimed, ‘Love your neighbor as you love yourself.’By continually using an Ego Defense Mechanism to avoid facing the source causation of the anxiety or deeply rooted fear, which is unresolved pain or trauma, we are only perpetuating the mental looping which uses denial of the truth in order to avoid feeling pain or discomfort. Denial of the Truth is the seed of all Ego Defense Mechanisms.”

LISA RENEE on “We All Have to Do Our Own Inner Work”

“Over the last decade, with the steady amplification of polarities, the rising intensity of external energies and forces, the challenges that we may have to face that test our character, test our mettle, seem to have been greatly magnified. We have often spoken about the planetary Dark Night of the Soul, and by observing the outer world, its clear that it’s in full swing. Over the past year, I have prayed countless times for guidance on what is the best process for helping people that are enduring extreme challenges, and painful transitions, when they have not been educated with strong coping skills or given proper support towards knowing the absolute necessity of cultivating Resilience. We live in a culture of mind control to shape weak characters, and habits that weaken our mind, body and energy field, so that we are easily overwhelmed by dominating forces and challenges. Life on earth is not easy, it is a tough school of knocks in which we can learn a tremendous amount, especially now. To survive these challenges, we have to look at life on earth as lessons and learning, looking at painful or negative events as an opportunity to see something that we did not see before, or to change how we perceive the world around us. As we learn from our life experiences and we can observe more clearly, we gain more emotional intelligence and the ability to explore our true purpose. Why did you come to earth now? All of us have things to accomplish on earth during the ascension cycle, and these experiences are deeply personal, intimate and unique to who we are. No other person can define the spiritual purpose for another, this is our responsibility to find out. To gain an accurate assessment of the reality we find ourselves, we will need to know ourselves very deeply. We may need to take off the rose colored glasses of denial in order to to see the accurate truth inside things, or we may need to find the light that does exist in the darkness while it sleeps, finding faith, love and acceptance in the spirit of humanity. People may have gathered many delusions in their belief system about what it means to be happy and to feel pleasure, which is instant gratification that is portrayed by the mainstream media and consumptive modeling to make us believe in such fantasies and crafted advertisements as if they are real stories. Instant gratification teaches us little, we cannot learn about ourselves and the world we live in, if we believe instant gratification and selfish desires are the meaning of life. This is a luciferian and satanic narrative to keep us weakened and trapped in material delusions. Learning how to deal with difficulty, being willing to really see the truth of the matter, is much more productive than clinging to an illusion. To feel content and connected, it is required that you learn how to be strong and self reliant, that you pick yourself up after a fall, and that you know how to refocus your mind away from emotional sadness when you don’t succeed or get your needs met. One of the most important skills we need today, is to live in peace with unmet desires and needs. Attachments make us suffer greatly, and as such we should have preferences and not attachment to the outcome. This does not mean you give up, it means you never give up and look at life as lessons to build character and strength, you keep moving forward the best way you know how to in the moment. How can you find the inspiration to persist instead of getting depressed or angry when things go awry, and to accept that they often will? Much of the time, life on planet earth is about conflict resolution and learning how to synthesize energies in the world of extremes, to neutralize polarity and return to peace. How do people deal with difficult events that completely transform and change their lives? The death of a loved one, loss of a job, serious illness, criminal attacks and other traumatic events. These are all examples of very challenging life experiences. Many people react to such difficult circumstances with a flood of strong emotions and a sense of uncertainty and fear, bringing on mental paralysis or anxiety. Navigating life’s challenges requires life skills. To develop life skills, you have to live through your life, gaining experience, gaining wisdom from hard earned lessons. This process involves resilience, it is an ongoing process that requires time and effort and engages people in taking a number of steps. Developing resilience is a personal journey towards maturity whereby each person will have to choose different approaches in order to build personal resilience. Resilience is an important energy building tool, being resilient also helps to keep healthy boundaries that build a stronger energy field, or aura. Our goal is to build strength in our inner world via inner reflection and meditation, which is building the energetic strength of our energy field, while learning how to observe and remain neutral to what happens in the outer world. We must remember that we are in a war over control over the mind, and limitations and pain we feel are also created in the mind, which means we have the power to remove and clear them from impacting us. Destructive behavior patterns of the past may transform into more positive behavior as one begins to solve the mysterious puzzle of human interactions and gain a quiet and confident understanding of them. Anxiety may yield to more peaceful, tranquil, and contented feelings as ones deeper emotional understanding increases. One starts to gain improved self-confidence and feel empowered, and less confused and frustrated with circumstances. Overall, one can transform from confused to confident; from clueless to comprehending and enlightened, from fragmented to coherent, from shallow to deep, and from oppressed to liberated, as one learns how to become the authentic self. We change the locus of power, giving power to our inner spirit and inner world, while removing external influences form having power over us. This takes some time to master. The energies in the outer world can be tough, harsh, painful and surreal. That is a fact, and it is what it is. The truth is that this does not have to disturb your inner peace, connection and purpose. May we share more about the quality of resilience, knowing we are in this together, and we all have to do our own inner work.”

Forgiveness is the intentional and voluntary process by which a victim undergoes a change in feelings and attitude regarding an offense, lets go of negative emotions such as vengefulness, with an increased ability to wish the offender well. Forgiveness is important process of the 12 Practices of Self Awareness, Meditate and give attention to these twelve areas to practice better personal self awareness and to discipline the Negative Ego and Pain Body. When you are self aware you are INFORMED and CLEAR and you are less prone to Mind Control and related levels of Archontic Deception Behavior. What we endeavor at this time is to move away from inner confusion and move towards discovering inner clarity. To forgive another person or circumstance is the most generous thing one can do for yourself. When we forgive others for perceived transgressions it frees us from the bonds, entanglements and cords which manifest painful patterns such as judgments, resentments, and anger. Forgiving yourself is the most important action one can take to clearing self-sabotaging bonds of victimhood and their painful wounds. Forgiveness does not mean that you accept abuse or harmful energies or actions being directed to you, such as people that are sociopaths and do not feel remorse or hold any respectful boundaries. It is possible to forgive a person who is possessed by negative forces, and to be completely neutral towards them, and yet know that for your health and well being you have to set proper boundaries or distance away from them. When undergoing severe trauma at the hands of another, it is important to know that person many times ceases to be in control of themselves, as they are being controlled by negative forces that carry out these harmful acts against other people. Practicing forgiveness can remove cords, attachments and bindings that are energetically connected with other people or dark forces from the emotional trauma that event generated. This is another reason why true forgiveness is freeing to the consciousness, and is an important part of reclaiming your core self.”

Compartmentalization and Internal Walls

The Death Culture is used to promote destructive lifestyles in order to permanently damage the heart, damage the Soul and Brain into some kind of form of fragmentation or dissociation. Dissociative behaviours eliminate all traces of true human Empathy and remove the Accountability towards the ethical implication that is behind the operations of the current world social, political, military, corporate structures in order to carry this out, in order to manifest internal Walls of Separation because fragmentation and Compartmentalization is also very much related to the creation of internal Walls of Separation. This is something that exists in us, can exist in us in terms of our light body. When these internal walls of separation are built in our 1st, 2nd or 3rd chakra this is when people can have extreme Trauma.

LISA RENEE: “Multidimensional Orientation”

“Multidimensional Orientation is recognizing where one is primarily orientated (situated) in our bodies which helps us to communicate between those bodies and become more integrated between all of the multi-dimensional selves. When all of the layers of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual intelligence are interconnected in our self, it allows for greater inner harmony and inner balance. Otherwise, when a person is confused, one is not congruent with oneself and will continually experience life patterns of repeated karmic imbalances and pain. Living in the repeated cycles of karmic (energetic) imbalances make one feel very unhappy and chaotic inside. Intense chaos inside oneself is a type of internal violence which if not corrected will manifest itself eventually as external violence. This is why the goal of achieving inner peace and inner balance is so critical at this time on planet earth. Learning how to communicate with the internal feeling and sensory language of our spirit will require some attention and discipline. As we learn to communicate with spiritual language, that language is commonly called Higher Sensory Perception or HSP. This is very key to understand that one will not manifest things in the material world that will block or create obstacles in one’s spiritual growth and expansion. This is why so many people are being dismantled from their old system of beliefs and behavior at this time, to find the courage from their inner spirit that moves them into the new paradigm of self-awareness and the new era of Consciousness. This is why one must move out the obstacles and Mind Control that get in the way and prevent one from connecting and communicating directly with one’s inner spirit. So getting into alignment with one’s inner core, heart and spirit is critical for accurate outward manifestations, otherwise you are creating recurring energetic loads known as karma, which is the Law of Cause and Effect. Multidimensional Orientation is recognizing where one is primarily orientated (situated) in our bodies which helps us to communicate between those bodies and become more integrated between all of the multi-dimensional selves. Our inner child when it has been traumatized, will generally orientate itself to feel safer in one of the bodies, while it closes other bodies down. This is known as the inner child generated Ego Defense Mechanisms of the Ego/Personality and is a survival and coping mechanism humans use to deal with unresolved pain and suffering.

When all of the layers of our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual intelligence are interconnected in our self, it allows for greater inner harmony and inner balance.

This brings improved Self Awareness to personally develop the inner clarity required for increasing accurate and clear Higher Sensory Perception (HSP) and expanding our Consciousnesss piritual bodies. Our goal is to integrate all aspects of our Multidimensional Orientation to unify with each other, communicate with each other, as all aspects of our Lightbody need to be communicating to support Consciousness expansion and spiritual Ascension development. To succeed in opening all communication between the bodies, we will need to help the body aspects to feel completely safe and secure, supported. This is a part of the process of developing the right relationship to the self, to “know thyself”.

Which bodies do you primarily energetically station within (Identify with as a self) and which bodies are you neglecting? Where can you achieve better balance between all of your bodies for improved communication and integration of the selves? Ask to communicate with each of these bodies directly and to link all communication centers between these levels of intelligence. Maybe using a journal to open a dialogue between each of these bodies ( this is communicating with the inner child of the body) to access each other, asking each of the bodies to be open and communicative with all multidimensional aspects, while one assuredly places their Intent, Consent and Authority of their bodies to be protected in Christ. Physical/Environmental

Keynotes: Sensual and highly responsive to touch, taste and external stimulation. Enjoying the tasting of foods and other culinary sensations, food and drink (consumption) , the smell of aromas and fragrances, physical affection or touch, like massage or body work, sexuality and physical fitness, such as sports, hiking and being in nature. When extreme external stimulus is required it is usually an adrenaline response for the person to feel “alive” again and find the creative energies within. When out of balance, the person will seek adrenaline experiences to thrill themselves as means to find spiritual connection that is missing internally. Planetary enslavement has exacerbated this physical Addiction to external stimuli as a severe imbalance or Attachments in most people.

Mental/ Social

Keynotes: Highly responsive to synergy of sharing and/or discovering mental and intellectual concepts, learning, discussions and dialogues. May enjoy communication and the need to be heard. May enjoy receiving and giving feedback. May be a loner and isolated from the lack of emotional and spiritual development (when difficult relating to others harmoniously) or desire communal and group setting for continual discussion with like minds. May be over reliant on logic and linear proof to verify reality experiences that form mental and social belief systems. This body when it is dominating the Multidimensional Orientation will shut own the other bodies as if its the “boss”. This is the Negative Egowhich is why one has to tell the Ego/Personality it is not being given authority over your Consciousness bodies, one must shift their authority to the spiritual self, or Christos self.

Emotional/Instinctual

Keynotes: Responsive to the waves and sensations of the emotional bodies, in its lower form, otherwise known as the Pain Body which stimulates the 2D instinctual body. This instinctual body is a lower vibration of the emotional sensory experience. The Instinctual Mind body is not a real emotional body, its drawn from desires and Addictions created from emotional body and Soul body damage. The instinctual body operates in Astral Plane delusions and fantasies. The instinctual body will influence or block Higher Sensory Perception when excessive fear is operating in the person. The higher emotional body is the heart chakra and higher vibrational sensory experiences. The real emotional body connects to a force of pure love and this “love” can be felt and experienced as a force that pervades the senses and not something that is “activated” through an object of desire. Highly responsive to sounds, tones and music.

Spiritual/Energetic

Keynotes: Responsive to the quality of energies, environmental forces, and the world of energetic frequencies, innate awareness of energy both in the self and the environment. Many of us orientated here have an inherent comprehension fo the Law of Vibration. When sensitive to energies one will be more sensitive and empathic to others, because the feeling of another is apparent when energetic awareness is a part of the sensory perception experience. Attunement to energies allows better Self Awareness through the responsiveness of how one’s personal energies impact others and the environment. When we are self aware we are aware of our sphere of influence, what our energies, thoughts and emotions have as a consequence on others. When sensitive to energies and intelligent fields one organically wants to be harmless to life, harmless to others and seeks benevolence and peace. We are all responsible for the direction of our Consciousness. We are all responsible for where we place our attention, our focus and emotions in our everyday life. This is our job. 

As we become more conscious and aware, we choose to focus ourselves with responsibility and this becomes a part of the mastery of learning inner sustainability. (See Relationship Mastery Guidelines.) Inner sustainability is the state of inner sustenance, not needing anything outside yourself to be something that it is not (otherwise known as the Ego Defense Mechanism of Projection). As you transition in personal evolution to become more centered, more balanced, one moves into greater levels of embodiment with their inner spiritual core. One will start to feel and notice that your external life will start to rearrange itself. All changes in the external world begin within and inside ourselves. In the beginning stages it may feel scary as things in your life start to fall way and move away.

This is where courage is required to understand your life is being dismantled from its falsity and being aligned to greater levels of truth and congruency with your inner spiritual core. One’s life will begin to rearrange when connected to one’s spirit that will start to accommodate one’s joy, peace and abundance in ways that the mind has no way to fathom.

Inquire on Attention

The goal at this time because the frequencies are accelerating so dramatically, is to have context with an evolutionary model that supports personal empowerment. The physics that govern the energetic spaces are changing on our planet and within our bodies. This is why many of us feel so frustrated because the way we used to do things is not working anymore. If you are frustrated with circumstances, then one must look inside and ask if you are taking responsibility to learn the new language of energy, the new language of spirit. If you are living and breathing on this planet now, you are a part of something massive changing in our world, that is completely changing our reality. 

What is your priority in your life? Where do you place your attention and focus?

Without a clear foundation set for developing the inner core essence as our first priority, we can be bombarded with energetic slime and become a doormat, sacrificial lamb or parasite food. This causes our energetic body to be clouded with astral debris and therefore exist within a confused state of inner perception. Being unclear and directed from ego judgment in any kind of perception, whether towards yourself or others, is energetically draining and completely unsustainable in the new energy platform. For these reasons we must learn to become aware of our thoughts and emotions, as well as our behaviors and the impact they have on ourselves and others. 

Taking Inventory

Developing Self Awareness does not happen just through reading books or mental concepts. It is through specific activities and feeling experiences that we are able to increase our power of observation. It is the power of observation or witnessing, that gives us the personal power to change our core beliefs (when we are made aware of them) that may be destructive or create blockages to connect with our inner spirit. 

How do your thoughts and words impact how you feel? 

How do your instinctual desires unconsciously drive your behaviors? 

How do hidden core beliefs affect your day to day happiness?

Do an inventory of personal thoughts and identify them as Inferior or Superior, or as love thoughts or fear thoughts. Make a choice right now which thoughts you want to own and those you want to discard. As a goal use the bottom spiritual self-centering model to keep your mind balanced and stay in centered loving and neutral thoughts. How long can you stay there in the center? Make it a goal to improve your ability to stay within the essence and energy of the keywords that maintain your spiritual center. Bring yourself back to center with breath, and applying Neutral Association or Observer Point to circumstances when you fall out of inner balance. [2]

  • Superior Thinking: Intolerance, Impatience, Arrogance, Manipulation, Attack, Anger, Judgmental thinking
  • Inferior Thinking: Worry, Low Self Love or Esteem, Jealousy, Guilt, Hurt, Fear, Attachment, Martrydom

Building Self Esteem

Self Esteem is the value of a person’s worth and there are a lot of factors that come into play, especially in helping a person fell more confident about himself, which is also a primary factor in establishing a person’s outlook towards personal inspiration and feeling as a success. On the spiritual Ascension pathway, recognizing the importance of character building as a necessary part of having self love and self acceptance is critical to progress through self deception blocks. When we have low self esteem our psychological defense mechanisms will act to block our progress moving forward and evolving in life. One who understands they are a loved and worthy spiritual vessel for the spirit of God Source, will begin to learn that self love is at the core of self acceptance which is the quality one must build to truly feel and experience God’s love for all of us. Once we feel love for ourselves we build inner confidence which further builds our trust with life.

Ego Defense Mechanism

Unfortunately, we often are confused by what we perceive incorrectly through our own need to be okay through self-justification. We formulate these distortions as Ego Defense Mechanisms because we have not learned how to free the mind through the use of Negative Ego tools for self-exploration and deeper self-inquiry. As we learn to free our mind and love ourselves unconditionally, we know that we are okay without needing to self-justify. When we are free of our own need for self-justification, (by increasing our inner self-approval and self-love, no matter where we find ourselves) then we do not needto justify others or justify ourselves. We are then freed to be capable of unconditionally loving others no matter what they may be choosing to do in that moment. It is what it is in this moment. One has no control over others nor what others may think about them. [3]

We all seem to have this natural tendency to want to dissect everything in our lives and put it in neat little labelled boxes. When we come to a challenge that we cannot overcome immediately however, our minds begin to spin and spin working out a multitude of possibilities and probabilities until we find something we can make logical sense from. Then finally once we have formulated any means by which to solve our equation sufficiently, we let our minds rest.This form of mental processing is hard on the mind and as we have witnessed, the repercussions of an overworked, over stressed society are devastating.

Over thinking in my opinion stems from lack of trust. It is the overuse and abuse of the mind, falsely representing itself as ‘control’.

We tend to think that they more we can manipulate a situation, the more power and control we exude over it. But the more we attempt to control our own circumstances, the more we rob ourselves of the beauty of what could have and should have naturally unfolded should we had only trusted and given ‘life a chance’.

It is the way of no way, so to speak and when we meditate we practice letting go by meaning of mindful breathing. We breath in and we accept. We breath out and we release.

Meditation is so beneficial because it teaches us to calm ourselves and release our resistance to everything that we can’t control. Because in truth, we cannot control anything.

It teaches us to trust.

So if you are an over thinker, right now I want you to shut it off, shut it down and take comfort in knowing that we can’t plan everything out to the last detail. Sometimes we just need to have a little faith; sometimes we need to get out of our own way and if we do, we might just find that the path we were looking for was already waiting for us.

MELINDA (The Miracle Forest): “About Inner Peace and How Anyone Can Master It”

I have learned in the past couple of years that nothing ever stays the same. Even after we start practicing mindfulness, we have our good and bad days.

People often tell me that sometimes they are still anxious, even after practicing peace for such a long time. They feel bad for it and want to eliminate it completely. But the truth is that anxiety, just like any other human feeling, cannot be eliminated completely. Because it is natural. And there’s nothing wrong with it, just like there’s nothing wrong with any other human feeling.

I have my own set of fears, just like everybody else does. Sometime I feel like my mind just picks a random worry off its big shelf of worries to bother me with. The shelf is never empty, it always has something to throw at me. I don’t think it will ever be empty. And that’s okay.

What I realized is that it doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter that the shelf is full. It doesn’t matter what the mind throws at you. And I’m going one step further: It doesn’t even matter what life itself throws at you. Because there is only one thing that matters, one thing that determines life.

And that is how we react to it.

This was one of the very first reminders I’ve written in my meditation diary: “Life is determined by our reactions to it.” Because many things are out of our control, even our thoughts sometimes. But what will always remain in our control is our reactions. And through our reactions, we make life.

Let’s look at an example. Imagine a person who is scared of public speaking because of what people might think about her. That’s a very common fear. Now imagine that person going up to speak and messing up in the worst possible way. This is our main situation. There are two ways to go from there.

She either collapses mentally and scolds herself for being so stupid, never really getting over it, making it into one of her most horrible memories. Or she can shrug it off, accept with peace that it happened and move on. Will anyone in the audience care? No, everyone will forget after a short time. Of course they will, because it’s not a big deal. It’s nothing in the grand scheme of things.

Nothing is nearly as big of a deal as our minds make it out to be. It’s good to remember that, so when the time comes, we can choose to react with peace. What happens doesn’t matter as long as we choose to react to it with peace. Because whatever we react to in such a way will become a peaceful experience.

This is one of the most important things I’ve learned and I still remember what a freeing experience it has been to realize it. I don’t have to suffer. I don’t have to panic. I don’t have to worry. I can choose to react with peace. To anything. Inside and outside of me.

“Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional,” is one of my favorite quotes. Because it’s so true. Things will happen, everyone goes through pain, hardship, bad thoughts, uncomfortable feelings. But those don’t determine a life. What determines a life is how we react to all these things. Because that makes all the difference in the world.

  1. Today will be as good as I make it. 

There are obstacles everywhere, for everyone. Life is never perfect and it is not meant to be perfect. The key is to remember that. Start your day by reminding yourself that as long as you can accept to face the facts, you are strong enough to deal with them. Do not let the obstacles bring you down, instead, see them as life lessons and find out why they are there. Nothing in life is a coincidence. Everything happens for a reason because in the Universe, we are all energies that constantly cross paths with all kinds of vibrations. They are meant to be. You receive what you put out. So remind yourself, when you see a problem just like when you encounter something good, what do these signs tell you? What is the message? Find out and keep moving forward. Do not get stuck in the past and instead live in the present. And tell yourself you can turn bad into good from within when you mean it.

  1. I create my own reality.

We perceive things a certain way depending on how we look at them. If you approach people and situations with preconceived ideas or judgments, remember that these are thoughts coming from within you. No two people look at the same situation in the same way. Each individual see things the way they want to see them because it is connected to how they see themselves. So keep this in mind and work towards balancing your good and bad qualities and you will see how you create this reality and that you have the capacity and capability to direct and redirect it.

  1. I am not competing with anyone

Ambition can be a good thing if used correctly. But if you let it overpower you it can be very destructive to the point where you find yourself to be selfish and egotistical, but also unhappy and depressed in case of failure. The only thing you should be concerned with is to be a better you than you were yesterday and forget about everyone else you see as competitors and rivals. The key to self-confidence and success is to better yourself without depending on anyone or without comparing your reality to someone else’s.

  1. I don’t need anyone’s approval

We have ideas, things we want to do, places we want to go physically or spiritually, goals we want to achieve. Oftentimes we find ourselves thinking about what other people would think about us if we did. We hold ourselves back worried about other people’s judgments about us. Is it acceptable? Is it wrong? Is it selfish? But look around yourself. Do you see how many lives are on standby or miserable because people think the same exact way that you do? You are a free individual who can think for yourself and you have desires and wishes and feelings about how you can grow. Do not depend on anyone’s approval and do not let anyone’s judgment bring you down. Because just like you create your own reality, they create their own. If they choose to judge you or be mad at you it shows something about themselves, not about you.

  1. When I change my thoughts about life, I change my life

Going back to creating your own reality, as we said before, when the negativity overpowers you, you become fearful of it as it weakens you. And it destroys you and claims your happiness and personal growth. You can teach yourself manipulating the negative energy by balancing it with positive energy. Try daily meditation. It is a scientific fact that meditation reprograms our brains. In terms of neuroscience, think about all of your thoughts and feelings as branches of a tree. Only this tree is inside your brain. Just like a gardener would cut the dead branches from a tree to give way to the growth of the fresh new ones, meditation will teach you how to do that. And this is how you will learn to manipulate your bad thoughts and negativity by turning them into something better.

  1. Live each day as if it is your last

This is an advice we hear everyday but take it for granted. It is important to remember that tomorrow is not guaranteed for any one of us. If you have to forgive someone, do it, if you are angry with someone, find a way to overcome it, if you have regrets, try to find a way to make peace with yourself. Take these obstacles out of your way to give you the freedom and relief to live today in the best possible way. And don’t forget to tell the one’s you care about you love them.

7, Bad things don’t make your life bad

If you find yourself complaining too much about every single bad thing that happens to you, you will not be able to notice the good things around you. Bad things happen to everyone just like good things happen to everyone. Do not let them define your life and who you are. Accept them and take your lesson and don’t get discouraged. You are not alone. Life has its ups and downs. Happy moments and sad moments. If you only focus on the negativity, you will attract more of it.

  1. Put one foot in front of the other

You can not do everything at once but also you should not try to do something when you are not mentally ready to face it. Especially if you have problems with your self-esteem, before you take a challenge work on getting your self-esteem higher and stronger so if you fail, you can find the strength to deal with it and move on. There is a right time for everything. If you feel that the time is not right, listen to your gut feeling. And when you do, you will know how to read the signs when your subconscious tells you the time is right.

  1. You’ll never know unless you try

If you want something, ask for it. There is nothing wrong with asking. The worst that can happen is they say no. Do not be afraid of rejections. Rejections should be taken as signs that show us either we need to move on to something else or we need to better ourselves in that area. So don’t take no as a ‘bad answer’. Instead, use it to your advantage. But most importantly, do not let it affect your self-confidence. Analyze your feelings about it and find out why it made you feel bad. Then you can work on fixing it.

  1. You can do this!

Happiness, self-esteem, freedom… all these things you need are within you. You are the source of your own happiness, self-esteem and freedom. Nobody can give it to you and nothing can bring it to you either. If you put your hopes on others, what will you do when you achieve that? Since you started from a materialistic point of view, eventually that person or that something will not be enough for you and you will be back to square one. Q. I wonder if you could please speak a little bit about Krystic qualities and characteristics of the male and female. As we are working on the Hierogamic template of the sacred union within, I think many of us would like some more clarity on what this may look like. Beyond the gender distortions, what does a monad embodied female or male on earth “look like”. I know everyone is an individual, but I feel some general outlines may be helpful. Thank you so much for all you are and for all you do.

A. Thank you! This is a fantastic question and certainly worth sharing more dialogue to explore how we each can make productive movements forward into this positive direction to develop krystic qualities. The first step is recognizing that we must strengthen our moral character to cultivate trustworthy behaviors within ourselves, and within all of the communications and interactions we have in any kind of relationship we are having. We want to know how to create a strong spiritual foundation so that we may increase our self-esteem and spiritual connection, which grows from the bond of trust we have created within ourselves. We must develop feelings of trust inside ourselves, be discerning to the qualities of trustworthiness,  before we are capable to trust others and discern between what is truth and what is deception. It is important to know that building trust is the core essence of creating deeper intimacy and connection with all things, in yourself, in relationships, with spirit, and in connecting directly with the God source. In order to discern trustworthiness, we need to observe nonjudgmentally the positive behaviors and actions in people that increase trust, and we also need to understand the negative behaviors and actions that break down trust. When a person  promotes negative behaviors that break down and erode trust, at the same time, that person is breaking down and eroding all their energetic connections. Many people wonder why they feel so isolated and disconnected inside and in their relationships, while they have automatic negative patterns of behavior that break down the trust frequency in their lives.  Finding truth and authenticity is that which builds inner and outer connection, and this connection requires knowing and promoting the powerful frequency of building trust.  We want to focus on building our character so that we know the difference between these behaviors, both positive and negative, and what we are really creating in our energy signature through our behaviors and the result these behaviors have upon the quality of our lives.

To increase the quality of our life and to feel more connected, we choose behaviors that build trust inside ourselves and further build trust with others. This awareness as a daily practice with conscious participation will increase the trust frequency in our auric field, and this frequency of trust to circulate into our lives. As we practice this with ourselves, those people who do not resonate with trustworthy behaviors will fall away, while those people that are resonating to qualities of trustworthiness, will be attracted. These are the exact same virtues we will need to value, before we can really increase our human and spiritual connection, as well as deepen intimacy. Being clear and authentic requires we have an truthful and intimate connection with our authentic self. When this quality of intimacy is present within the self, we can develop deep intimate bonds and connections with others.This is a key to healthy and balanced relating. We are entering a new cycle with new timelines. This allows for greater support to amplify our inner spiritual sun, and this is the source frequency that supports the building, amplifying and strengthening of our spiritual source light. This helps us to truly know more intimately who we are, and to build more trust with that process. With this added amplification and power, the influence of our focused and clear mind directing loving and kind heart vibrations into the environment, is also creating an influence in the collective consciousness field at heightened levels. This helps to align us to more people that are heart centered, and desire to build the frequency of trust in their lives.

As we study the Law of One Practices, the Relationship Mastery Guidelines, Self Awareness Guidelines and GSF Behaviors one will find the key note of all of these positive behaviors is about BUILDING TRUSTWORTHINESS as we develop and cultivate these qualities in ourselves. This helps us to establish patterns to which we can learn to develop more skill with compassionate communication, discerning qualities of energy rather than making ego judgments, so that we can be more successful while exercising personal choice and consent when exposed to conflicts or chaotic forces. Thus, we are learning how to create more enjoyable and trustworthy relationships that feel more connected, intimate and joyful.

Non-Violent Communication (NVC) practices are extremely helpful in their basic philosophy to build the frequency of trust which closely resembles the Krystic signature. The emphasis of the NVC perspective is similar however, they do not incorporate the spiritual consciousness development model that we have to describe the Ascension process. The NVC baseline is an agreement to a shared perspective between people that value an humanitarian philosophy. That humanitarian philosophy is chosen as a value system for one’s life style and behaviors, and it is assumed in that agreement that the core characteristics exist and are inherently connected to all human beings:

  • All human beings share the basic same needs
  • Our world offers sufficient resources for meeting everyone’s basic needs
  • All actions are attempts to meet needs
  • Feelings point to needs being met or unmet
  • All human beings have the capacity for compassion
  • Human beings enjoy giving and being acknowledged (valued) for who they are
  • Human beings meet needs through many interdependent relationships
  • Human beings change and transform
  • Choice is internal
  • The most direct path to peace is through self-connection ( i.e. consciousness development)

This humanitarian life philosophy is met with focused intentions to express communication and behaviors with an open and kind heart, that is congruent with these VALUES:

  • Open-Hearted Living
  • Self-compassion
  • Expressing from the heart
  • Receiving with compassion
  • Prioritizing connection
  • Moving beyond “right” and “wrong” to using needs-based assessments
  • Choice, Responsibility, Peace
  • Taking responsibility for our feelings
  • Taking responsibility for our actions
  • Living in peace with unmet needs (acceptance)
  • Increasing capacity for meeting needs
  • Increasing capacity for meeting the present moment
  • Sharing Power and Resources (Partnership)
  • Caring equally for everyone’s needs ( Group consciousness)
  • Using force minimally and to protect (defend) rather than to superimpose beliefs, punish, or get what we want without mutual agreement

Krystic qualities have also been described in the GSF Behaviors from the ES Guardian Perspective, as the antidote to Archontic Deception egoic behavior that is the result from mind control programming, lack of knowledge and lack of self-awareness. Our first practice in modeling GSF behavior, is that we apply empathy and compassion towards ourselves and other people, which are behaviors that intrinsically build trust on the inner and outer landscape. When we have truly developed the heart quality of empathy and compassion, it will result in kind behaviors with other people, as empathy develops the heart based virtue of kindness. People that are extraordinarily kind, will also be extremely empathic and compassionate.

(GSF) Empathy and Compassion: We feel connection to life and we have compassion for others that feel pain and stress,  because we can empathize and relate to the same kind of sensory feelings and emotions in ourselves. We care about what happens to all of Life and living things, whether it’s the earth, human beings, animals, nature, plants or trees. We realize that we are a part of something much larger than ourselves,  and we have kindness and caring for ourselves and others. We know in the Ascension cycle, the chaos in the this ending cycle is very confusing, painful and challenging for many. When we take this humanitarian perspective, and have this compassionate understanding,  we do not want to contribute to creating more harm and pain in the world, as there is already a tremendous amount. Thus, we do not allow ourselves to intentional harm others or run self-martyrdom programs to superimpose our beliefs on others, and we recognize that we have a energetic sphere of influence in the world.

When these skills of empathy and compassion are mastered as a way of everyday life, they are much easier to apply in any kind of intimate relating, such as within the husband-wife/partner/spouse or boyfriend/girlfriend/Alchemical union. Some changes that are unique in these types of Krystic partnerships extend further to opening dialogues for extremely deep transparency, and having honesty and intuitive knowing in the evolving dynamics of the intimate relationship. This kind of intimate spiritual relationship is ever evolving and multidimensional. Some key descriptors of building trust and developing a strong Krystic union:

  • Interactions and communications between the partners is maintained with mutual respect, honoring of others needs and expressing all feelings with transparency. There is nothing that is intentionally hidden, used as deception, contrived or manipulated. It is the acceptance of both people to be as they are, authentic and true to their feelings in the moment. If there is pain buried in the subconscious mind, it will surface and both parties will gently recognize that when it occurs, and then establish the guidelines of bringing that subconscious material into conscious awareness and reconciliation through loving and open dialogue. It is important for couples to have clarity, and to be committed to that clarity, to further develop trust and to prevent misunderstandings. Ambiguity and confusion in communication or the lack of communication is an energetic weakness and vulnerability that will weaken the couple. Therefore, there must be a sincere mutual desire to create and develop consistent energetic clarity and honesty,  in order to continue to evolve the relationship via building the trust frequency.
  • Compassionate, clear and loving communications are ever present and circumstances are engaged with in present time awareness, as it is possible. Love is never withheld from either parties in the coupling. There is no sarcasm, “hitting below the belt”, internal or external types of violence that play out in communication. Communications and behaviors are always safe as they are based on mutual trust and integrity to speak the truth from an open heart and willingness to be emotionally vulnerable and intimate. Safe communications means that each person commits to holding nonjudgmental and compassionate space even in the rawest and most emotionally challenging material  that requires processing, that most couples tend to avoid.
  • The inspiration to serve, love and give to your partners spiritual development and personal mission, their health, happiness and wellbeing, is a natural expression that emanates from selfless giving and the inner sustained nourishment one receives from connection and intimacy. Emotional issues and energetic conflicts are calmly and accurately represented in the opening of dialogue that has the purpose to expand clarity and are devoid of drama, blame or exaggeration. Events are inquired upon to prevent misunderstandings and the circumstances are seen for what it is, and not taken personally or as an offense. Couples know they are committed to the truth and play on the same team, they are together to create a mutually loving, enjoyable and peaceful environment for each other.
  • Purposeful direction of each partners resources ( their time, energy, attention and such) are studied, explored and discussed on equal terms. Resources are shared by both parties as individual beings and as collaborative energetic projects  that are openly discussed as the proper use of the couples combined proceeds. Big investments are shared decisions that are made in positive energetic alignment to the couple’s overall purpose, development or wellbeing.
  • Peace, harmony, friendship and nourishment in an oasis setting (which is the result of the peaceful couple’s field together) creates the energetic quality and defines the deeply intimate and connected feeling in these spiritual relationships. Any type of verbal, mental, emotional, or physical abuse is nonexistent.
  • Expectations are not present in this relationship. This is replaced with a natural energetic flow of balance which both parties assume active-passive exchanges which are ever evolving and changing to suit the environmental needs and tasks at hand. There is no such thing as harping on your partner to do chores, because each one shares the responsibility to keep the mutual space comfortable and peaceful for both parties. When there is no power imbalance present in the couple, each one things of themselves as participating equals. Both partners are concerned about being present in the relationship, nourishing each other and wanting to show up for each other, as this lavishes the qualities of personal happiness upon the couple. What you give lovingly and in service to your partner, you will receive in return a thousand fold.
  • Nonverbal communication, such as telepathy, psychic impressions and awareness of the environmental conditions are experienced by both partners. If one partner hurts, the other partner can feel the nature of the energetic pain. This creates more responsibility in the integrity of shared actions, as both parties are dramatically impacted by the energetic dynamics.
  • All forms of shared intimacy are nourishing and enjoyable, and are energetically harmonizing and healing for both parties. Both parties are receiving energetically balanced nourishment and therefore there is never a rejection or emotional aloofness required to create boundary. All forms of expressed affection, kindness and loving appreciation between the partners are omnipresent.
  • Mystery, seduction and charisma, do not have a place in the transparency and clarity that is required in a Krystic relationship. Intimate bonding is stemming from the unconditional love that is based on mutually clear, open, and honest assessments of circumstances and that which impacts both partners. Archetypes of drama such as, fantasy projections, overly romanticized ideals, addictions, hero/damsel in distress, savior/martyr (mostly fictionalized from VV archetypes) have no place in this relationship.

Clearly these are new relationship templates being created on this planet, and they take an advanced skillset in the basic tools to clear negative ego, building the trust frequency,  before this can be experienced and achieved in the intimate partner setting. It is important to realize this kind of clarity and trust within a relationship can be experienced. We can honor the relationships that we have had in our lifetime, that have been necessary lessons to build our character. We know these patterns in the past have given us the opportunity to cultivate the wisdom that is required to create sucessful spiritual based relationships in the future. Every relationship is an opportunity to gain deeper self-energetic mastery and self-knowledge. Every relationship is an important stepping stone in our spiritual consciousness development, it is the reclamation of our energetic pieces, which leads to inner energetic balance. Further, this is leading us to achieve inner and outer sacred union, or what we call the unified energetic state between the male and female that is the Hieros Gamos.

To establish mental discipline in order to cultivate and develop more of GSF or Krystic qualities here are some suggested tools:

Step One: Develop Self Awareness of Inner and Outer Dialogues through the Witness. Refocusing mental perception from Negative Thoughts to its Positive Polarity through Unconditional Love and Forgiveness towards the self and others. Note: focusing on positive thoughts to replace negative thoughts are the first stage of ego discipline, the second stage is applying neutrality or neutral association through sustained focus, as in inner quiet found during meditation. This is because many people in ego behavior misrepresent neutrality as dissociative reaction to external events or others feelings. Disassociation and neutrality is not the same state of consciousness, one is disconnected from circumstances, while the latter is connected through awareness, through observer. This is called engaged detachment.

Step Two: Apply these practices when interacting with family, friends and interpersonal relationships. Tools: Compassionate Witnessing, Relationship Mastery, 12 Keys to Self Awareness, Daily Mental Body Tools, GSF Behaviors. ES Core Triad practice, The Krystal Aegis Section

Step Three: Apply these practices when interacting with Colleagues, Businesses, and External Organizations of which you are apart. This is the process of learning how to apply these positive thought processes and communication skills to a community or group dynamic.  Tools: Relationship Mastery, Self Awareness/Compassionate Witness, Mental Body Tools, GSF Behaviors, ES Core Triad Practice and the Krystal Aegis Section

Step Four: Take steps to clear and heal your emotional state, as well as the mind, body and spirit, when you recognize inner pain, or inner violence towards self or others, it is important to inquire on the nature and source of the pain or fear that you feel. Continue to develop skillset to transcend pain and fear and improve communication skills and lifestyle habits. We have a bevy of tools here in ES to help with that process.
