MELINDA (The Miracle Forest): “About Inner Peace and How Anyone Can Master It”

inner-peace (2)

I have learned in the past couple of years that nothing ever stays the same. Even after we start practicing mindfulness, we have our good and bad days.

People often tell me that sometimes they are still anxious, even after practicing peace for such a long time. They feel bad for it and want to eliminate it completely. But the truth is that anxiety, just like any other human feeling, cannot be eliminated completely. Because it is natural. And there’s nothing wrong with it, just like there’s nothing wrong with any other human feeling.

I have my own set of fears, just like everybody else does. Sometime I feel like my mind just picks a random worry off its big shelf of worries to bother me with. The shelf is never empty, it always has something to throw at me. I don’t think it will ever be empty. And that’s okay.

What I realized is that it doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter that the shelf is full. It doesn’t matter what the mind throws at you. And I’m going one step further: It doesn’t even matter what life itself throws at you. Because there is only one thing that matters, one thing that determines life.

And that is how we react to it.

This was one of the very first reminders I’ve written in my meditation diary: “Life is determined by our reactions to it.” Because many things are out of our control, even our thoughts sometimes. But what will always remain in our control is our reactions. And through our reactions, we make life.

Let’s look at an example. Imagine a person who is scared of public speaking because of what people might think about her. That’s a very common fear. Now imagine that person going up to speak and messing up in the worst possible way. This is our main situation. There are two ways to go from there.

She either collapses mentally and scolds herself for being so stupid, never really getting over it, making it into one of her most horrible memories. Or she can shrug it off, accept with peace that it happened and move on. Will anyone in the audience care? No, everyone will forget after a short time. Of course they will, because it’s not a big deal. It’s nothing in the grand scheme of things.

Nothing is nearly as big of a deal as our minds make it out to be. It’s good to remember that, so when the time comes, we can choose to react with peace. What happens doesn’t matter as long as we choose to react to it with peace. Because whatever we react to in such a way will become a peaceful experience.

This is one of the most important things I’ve learned and I still remember what a freeing experience it has been to realize it. I don’t have to suffer. I don’t have to panic. I don’t have to worry. I can choose to react with peace. To anything. Inside and outside of me.

“Pain is inevitable, suffering is optional,” is one of my favorite quotes. Because it’s so true. Things will happen, everyone goes through pain, hardship, bad thoughts, uncomfortable feelings. But those don’t determine a life. What determines a life is how we react to all these things. Because that makes all the difference in the world.

“Life is 10percent what happens to you and 90 percent how you respond to it.” ~Lou HoItz

LISA RENEE (Energetic Synthesis): “The 11th Hour”

11th hour.jpg

For those of us seasoned on the ascending path of spiritual awakening, we are well versed with one of the most important Golden Rules of divine intervention and radical personal transformation. This is the exact moment when spiritual forces show up in the most profound of ways, making its dramatic entrance and spontaneous arrival into our daily lives, many times altering our life direction and perception. This is the 11th Hour.

This phrase started to take off in the 19th century, however, there is a passage written into the Bible, Matthew 20:9 which may have originated this reference into current times. “And when they came that were hired about the eleventh hour they received every man a denarius.” The passage is a reference to the fact that the workers who took over at the eleventh hour of a twelve hour workday received as much pay as those who had already been working all day.

Some people consider this passage an important biblical prophecy, a parable that is revealing the nature of the 11:11 code and the power connected to the master number 11, that is the first spiritual wake up call to activate our DNA. 11:11 is a pre-encoded trigger placed in our cellular memory that signifies the first consciousness gateway of Ascension, and people once activated will continually see the numbers 11:11 as a continuous occurrence. Activation of other consciousness gateways are also symbolized by other master number patterns. There is no dispute that millions of people across the globe have awakened to notice that they are looking at digital clocks repeatedly, showing the time of 11:11. Also, some religions consider the 11th hour to be a reference for the last hours before Judgment Day, and that many people will be called into service for God or for Service to Others, in order to teach other people what they have learned about spirit or God. So this 11th hour prophecy refers to making changes in our lifestyle and direction before it’s too late and there is no longer the window of opportunity to create that same level of spiritual growth, while that person is in that identity on the earth.

When we hear someone use the reference of the 11th hour, it generally takes on the meaning of describing a point in time of which is nearly too late; that whatever happened was at the last possible minute. In spiritual terminology, and from direct awakening experiences,  the 11th hour takes on a whole new meaning of describing miraculous events or surprising instant manifestations, that you did not see coming until the very last second. This sudden event can be perceived as negative or positive in its influence, but the point is that you were making plans going in one direction, and out of nowhere, forces came in and changed your direction completely. On the spiritual ascension path, this happens commonly and will happen even more frequently, the more dedicated you are to growing your spirit and expanding consciousness. Everything that works in divine alignment is in the last moments, it exists in the now moment, and nothing is pre-planned in great detail. That means we must get our mind and ego personality out of the driver’s seat of controlling our life, or it will make us insane when we try to control the outcome. When we do not understand that this is how divine intervention works energy, and that spirit conserves its energy in divine right timing on the material plane in order to get things done in the now moment, these 11th hour events can be quite nerve wracking!

The appearance of last minute manifestations that change our spiritual direction, are spiritual prompts that place us in the now moment of synchronistic miracles, and in that exact moment, when we listen and have the eyes to see, we will see the absolute truth is that God is placing us in alignment with our core spirit and core truth. As we recognize these miraculous events as the byproduct of following Gods laws, or as divine intervention in our life, then, we know in our heart, we know in our mind, and we know in our soul, that we are being divinely protected and loved.

Finding the inner place of calm, peace and center is important in order to accept that the radical to subtle changes that are being made to our life direction, are a result of fully surrendering to divine will, and in order to be aligned to the most accurate and correct pathway that is the most beneficial for our spiritual growth and protection, we will experience synchronistic events from out of the blue, in the 11th hour. There, does that help to make you feel better? Let’s take a deep breath with this as it takes developing our self-mastery with the patience of Job, along with the Spirit of Humility and a great dose of personal strength dedicated towards increasing the spiritual faith in ourselves. Who knew that God spirit is such a good parent towards us,  making sure that we develop ourselves to be strong in character and strong in virtue. As we are delayed instant gratification, this forces us to discipline our fears, worries and desires from taking control over us, thus, we gain incredible strength and fortitude while in this world to endure many different types of challenges. The development of inner personal strength helps us to gain spiritual strength. When we learn the secret rules over energy while dedicated to develop our spiritual growth, we are able to clearly see the power of spirit working in our lives, and we know that we are not alone, and that we were never alone.

An apt and beautiful quote by Dr. David Hawkins encompasses exactly what we need to know in these surreal and unstable times when we are in the 11th hour.

During such stressful times on the earth, what prayers are useful? “Ask to be the servant of the Lord, a vehicle of Divine love, a channel of God’s Will.  Ask for direction and Divine assistance, and surrender all personal will through devotion.  Dedicate one’s life to the service of God.  Choose love and peace above all other options.  Commit to the goal of unconditional love and compassion for all life, in all its expressions, and surrender all judgment to God.” — Dr. David R. Hawkins

BEN: “Achieving Inner Peace: Your Road To ‘Everything Will Be Alright’”

Achieving Inner Peace: Your Road To ‘Everything Will Be Alright’

by Ben,
Guest writer, In5D.com

Sometimes life can be so challenging that all we can think to do is call up ‘Dr. Everything’ll Be Alright’. Just give us a pill or a magic potion to make the pain, or sadness, or frustration go away…now, please! When we are in such inner turmoil we may not realize how much control we have over our thoughts and feelings, so we hide under the covers or complain to everyone that we know about how tough our life is. However, there is something that every person on this planet can do to help themselves get through life’s challenges, and that is to strive to achieve Inner Peace.

Inner Peace (or peace of mind) is an inner state of calm that allows us to mentally and spiritually feel at ease with our life. It imparts us with the knowledge and understanding we need to be able to stay strong during times of distress. It’s our best weapon against feeling helpless or out of control about how our life is moving along. Doesn’t that sound amazing? It is, and you too can achieve Inner Peace by practicing one or more of the following:

  • Self-acceptance – Sometimes the easiest thing to do is stop beating ourselves up and just accept who we are and the situation we are in. I don’t mean acceptance as a form of giving up and not working to escape our current negative circumstances; I mean acceptance in a ‘be here now’ way. When you can accept who you are as a human being, without judgment, any feelings of guilt or helplessness will fade away. Take an honest look at yourself and if you don’t like something about you, then you can begin to make changes from a place of self-acceptance rather than from a place of fear.
  • Trust – A sense of Inner Peace can be felt when we learn to trust. Trust in Spirit. Trust in the Universe. Trust in ourselves. When we learn to trust that Life is bringing us exactly the experience we need to get the lesson we wanted to experience at this time, then there really is no choice but to let go of struggle and trust that we can handle what we are being dealt. When you trust you can allow a sense of Inner Peace to sweep through you, immediately feeling your body relax and your breathing slow to normal. You will feel calm even though everything around you may look like it’s crumbling to pieces.
  • Forgiveness – Letting go of the past and forgiving yourself and others is a solid step toward achieving Inner Peace. You can’t truly be in the present if you’re still holding onto the past. Try to see past your own mistakes and the loveless behavior of others. Be willing to see a past hurtful situation differently so that you can transform your hurt and angry feelings, instead of ignoring them and letting them leave you unsettled inside.
  • Know Love – If you know that you are loved by God/Creator/Source then you will always have Inner Peace. A Course In Miracles says that ‘Only love is real’, therefore anything else is not. Any feelings of unworthiness and inner struggle aren’t real and can be let go of when you know that you are loved. Being loved and giving love are peaceful emotions that emanate throughout our whole body. We’ve all seen a newly married couple, or first time parents who exude happiness from every pore in their body. They are filled with such Inner Peace because of the love that they feel coming to them and going out to the one they love. Love truly can perform miracles.
  • Relieve Stress – We can’t feel Inner Peace if we are feeling stressed out. Stress will not let us relax or feel joy in our life because it causes us to worry. It changes our mood, interrupts our sleep patterns, and can make us physically sick. Fortunately, there are many techniques that you can use all throughout your day to let go of stress as it begins to build. Meditation, chanting and deep breathing are simple ways to relieve stress and can be done almost anywhere. They stop stress in its track and allow you to re-center and ground yourself.
  • Peaceful AffirmationsAffirmations are a wonderful way to help you achieve Inner Peace. Repeating to yourself positive comments such as, ‘Peace embraces me today’ or ‘I choose to remain calm today no matter what’, will reinforce your intention to live a peaceful life. Our thoughts are powerful, so choosing positive and peaceful thoughts are essential to creating the life we want.
  • Gratitude – This is probably the easiest and most impactful thing we can do to achieve Inner Peace. When we focus on the things in life that are good and positive, we can’t help but feel grateful for them. Gratitude helps us forget about what we are experiencing in our life that isn’t so great. You could have had the absolute worst day at work, but then you come home to your child and they are smiling and happy to see you, and all of those bad memories from work just melt away. You realize what’s important is this loving little being that you were blessed with; not the jerk that yelled at you because he didn’t like something you did at work. Gratitude welcomes Inner Peace with open arms.

There is a wonderful quote that says, “Peace of mind is not the absence of conflict from life, but the ability to cope with it.” It’s not always easy to feel peaceful when your life is falling apart, or just not going the way you thought it should be by now. Inner Peace really is a choice. You can choose to not let the conflict in your life shut you down to love, and self-acceptance, and gratitude. Choose to trust. Choose to let go of stress. Choose forgiveness. Choose to believe that everything will be alright.
