Meditation

In “How to Meditate, Part 1,” we learned what how to get started with meditation, what meditation is, and isn’t, when to meditate and for how long. We also learned about Quantum Stones, and how they can help to open our Chakras, which are the energy centers of our bodies.Let’s continue the process of meditation with fine tuning the details.

The Place

You can meditate anyplace where you can experience peace and quiet. Many teachers suggest sitting facing a wall to reduce distractions. If you live near a coast, you could meditate facing the great expanse of the ocean. Your specific place of meditation is not as important as your ability to have access to it whenever you want to meditate, and your ability to avoid distraction in that location.

The Posture

In sitting meditation, which is what we are discussing today, there is a certain recommended posture. There are certain keys to that posture that are important to the meditative state:

  • Keep your back straight; do not slouch.
  • Sit atop a thick mat or rug.
  • Position a flat pillow or folded blanket under your spine.
  • Raise your chin ever so slightly to maximize air flow.
  • Your knees should touch the mat beneath you.

Cross your legs so that your feet are resting on top of your thighs. Choose a point in space directly above you and up slightly. (This raises your chin slightly.) Allow your eyes to drop slightly until they are in a half-closed, relaxed position.

Rest your hands on your lap. Entwine your fingers and allow the tips of your thumbs to meet, so that the shape of your hands forms an oval opening at your abdomen.

This is one of the most common meditation postures. It is called the full Lotus posture.

Breathing Meditation

MeditateAn easy way for beginners to get started with meditation is to practice breathing meditation.

As you breathe, focus on your breathing. When you focus on your breathing, you are focusing on the present. The intake, then the exhale. Try not to force your breath. Do not try to control your breathing. Just be aware of your own breathing. If you are having trouble concentrating, you can try counting your breath. One for the inhale, two for the exhale, three for the inhale, and so on. If the counting itself becomes a distraction, stop counting.

When we focus our attention on our breathing, we are focusing on simply being. We are in the here and now. We are not looking forward, nor are we looking backward. We are concentrating, but not concentrating, all our attention on our own existence; simply being aware of ourselves. Nothing more is required, nothing more is needed.

As you meditate in this way, you may experience one of two things. You may experience a heaviness coming from the core of your being, pulling you down onto the earth.  This is a positive experience because you are grounding. You are one with the earth, and you are completely inside yourself. It is a safe, secure feeling that is likely coming from the opening up of your first chakra, located at the base of your spine.

Meditation

Alternately, you may experience a sensation of lightness, or floating. You may feel that you are floating in your sitting position, atop your mat, over the world, or even higher, into the social consciousness. This is likely an opening up of your seventh chakra, located on the top of your head. This is a positive experience that can feel a little bit like enlightenment. You may feel released from this earth, and its bounds of gravity on your human body. You may feel at one with your spirit.

There are so many different experiences that people have during and after a meditation session. You may only feel a sense of peace and contentment and that is reason enough to continue your meditation practice.

Remember always that there is no goal in meditation. Never try to achieve anything with your meditation. The main key is to experience your own glorious being. If you can do that, then you will know the happiness in the meditative state.

Here is a story to remember when you are thinking about what it is to meditate:

The Buddha sat under a fig tree as a stranger passed on the road. The stranger was so struck by the Buddha’s radiance that he was moved to ask, “Are you a god?”
“No,” the Buddha answered.
“What are you, then?” the man persisted.
The Buddha replied. “I am awake.”

So many of us are not awake in our own lives. We allow the distractions of the world to permeate our minds and swirl through our thoughts. Our emotions are not under our control, and we react unthinking to random events and occurrences that impact our lives. Whispers of thoughts flitter about in our brains like elusive butterflies that can never be caught. We are flotsam on a sea of discontent and confusion.

Meditation is the means and the method to allow us to transcend the minute details that suck up our life force. Through meditation, you can find solace in simply being you, whoever you are, and wherever you exist on this earth. You can connect with your inner life energy sources. Getting Started with Meditation

There are a handful of ways to meditate, each of them derived from spiritual traditions. Within those traditions there are variations that are employed to suit the individual. But this all makes meditation sound more rigid and complicated than it is. For our purposes today, we will speak of classic Buddhist meditation.

To better understand how to meditate, it is best to achieve and understanding of what meditation is, and what it is not.

What is Meditation?

Meditation is a way for us to experience our own present being. It allows us to be quiet within ourselves. Meditation does not bring us anywhere. There is no goal to meditation. Do not meditate in order to achieve clarity of mind. The clarity will come to you. Do not meditate to rid yourself of stress. The stress will leave you.

How to Meditate, Part 1Do not meditate to work out a problem, cure an ailment, or make a decision. When you do something in order to get something, you are metaphorically leaning forward. In meditation, you are sitting still. You are not thinking about the future, the past, or being distracted with what is happening to the sides of you. This is an important concept of meditation.

Though meditation requires discipline and perseverance, it does not require you to work to clear your mind. It requires you to allow. Allow your mind to clear. Allow the random thoughts to evaporate from your mind as you participate in the now. Simply stated, meditation is the art of being.

When to Meditate

The best time to meditate is when you are in a balanced state. These are recommendations, not dictates.

  • Do not meditate when you have just eaten a heavy meal, or when you are very hungry.
  • Do not meditate when you are very sleepy and thinking about going to bed.
  • Do not mediate when you are aroused sexually.
  • Do not meditate when you are in extreme pain.
  • Do not meditate when you have somewhere you need to be.

Having said that, if those are the only times when you can meditate, you should do so. It is better to meditate at a poor time than to not meditate at all. The recommendations are suggestions for a balanced meditation. But again, some meditation is always better than none.

How Often and How Long

You should try to meditate at least three times a week, though when you delve into meditation, you may find that you enjoy practicing meditation every day. Three times a week represents a minimum goal that will give you enough practice to develop your meditation to a satisfying degree.

MeditationThe length of time that you meditate will depend on your individual situation. You may have more or less time in your day to meditate. It will also depend on your physical condition. Assuming a meditative position for a longer period of time will be more difficult for a person with certain physical conditions.

Generally speaking, it is widely recommended that you try meditating for between 10 – 40 minutes each time you meditate. Less than ten minutes will make it harder to fully experience the meditative state. More than 40 may tire your body or make it develop aches or numbness from being in the same position, motionless, for so long.

You will develop your own comfortable time for your meditation. On some days you may meditate for longer or shorter. Whatever you do, you will know when it is the right length of time.

What to Wear

When you meditate, wear clothing that is not constricting. You should not be aware of a tight waistband around your midsection or sleeves that are squeezing your upper arms during your meditative state. Loose, freshly-laundered clothing is best. You should always be barefoot when meditating.

To Prepare

To begin your meditation, ready your mind and your body. Slow your actions and calm your mind. As you walk toward the place where you will meditate, be aware of yourself and your body. Begin meditating before you meditate.

Energy

MeditationWhen you meditate, your seven energy centers, called Chakras, will be stimulated. Many people experience additional benefits from the meditation practice when they incorporate Quantum Stones in their ritual. Quantum Stones are stones that have stored spiritual vibrations. These vibrations enhance the energy movement within our bodies. The vibrational energy of Quantum Stones can be measured scientifically and felt simply by touch.   1. Know when to run

When we say run, of course we don’t mean it in a bad way. You have people you care about and they need your help and support, but when you find yourself in an emotionally draining situation, or if this is a repeating situation that leaves you drained and unmotivated, it is time to run. Get yourself out of that situation. Listen to the signs your mind and your body are giving you. Trust your gut feelings and if something doesn’t feel right do not get involved with it.

  1. Take good care of your body

A good diet can help you balance your immune system and metabolism. But not only that, when you have a balanced body, your energy levels will be higher and you will feel healthier. Make a list when you eat things and figure out which ones give you discomfort and which ones make you feel sick or tired. Try to eat natural organic foods and stay away from processed foods as much as you can. Yoga, tai-chi, martial arts, jogging, walking… any exercise will help your brain release more endorphins naturally and this will help you tremendously in finding back your balance too.

  1. Don’t forget your mind

You need to take care of your mind too as much as your body. You need those gray brain cells to function properly. A daily meditation, especially mindfulness meditation can help you with this. You can also try transcendental meditation. They both help keep you in the present moment and with breathing exercises and repeating mantras, you can reorganize your brain and get rid of the thoughts that are not useful to you and that are giving you stress and anxiety.

When we put our focus and energy into something that we really want, we have the power to achieve it. Positive affirmations help us in this area. Repeating them daily reprograms our brains and boosts our self-esteem and keeps us focused on our path to self-improvement. Positive affirmations also help us in times when we feel weak and we need to recharge our batteries. Just a few minutes devoted to this practice daily will soon help you in need of emergency. We’ve all seen in movies and on TV how sexy, romantic relationships often end in heartbreak, how even the strongest of chemistry between two people often leads to nowhere except a series of one-night stands or a dysfunctional relationship. Yet society tells us that fantastic sex and romance are the defining features of a happy relationship, all while friendship and forgiveness are neglected.

Without being able to connect and empathize with our partners on a human level, we lose the ability to forgive their mistakes and realize that they aren’t solely around to fulfill our emotional, physical and financial needs. Codependency, resentment and declarations of “that’s not fair!” and “you don’t care about me as much as I care about you!” are usually the hallmark of these kinds of relationships. When we fail to see our partners as not only our lovers but our friends, we lose the ability to identify with them on a deeper emotional level and the energetic balance in the relationship is totally thrown off.

Here’s an exercise: in your mind, have your best friend and your partner switch places. How do you treat your best friend? Do you give your friend healthy space, reasonable forgiveness and support for their dreams? Do you do the same for your partner? Creating a feeling of friendship between you and your partner is the easiest way to try to heal a failing relationship.

After a dinner with friends, we wandered a bit. Suddenly these sleeping sheep noticed that the clouds look so strange. I told them that these were chemical clouds. They did not believe me. I taught their view of the airplanes that just sprayed new strip. I gave them instructions to gather information on the Internet about chemtrails and Geoengeneering. What amazes me that so many blind sheep have never noticed this Venomshroud previously. This can only be due to the low oscillating perceptions of people block this realization. There is also no use, like a carnival barker, harass with “conspiracy” each. Only when they realize it themselves, wake up straight. Then you can give conscious tips to them. “Energy flows where attention goes” learned I from a dear wise mentor. If I always point to the war and the injustices that take me and my environment also this energy pattern to. Magic And Alchemy For Shifting Timelines

Magic and Alchemy are possible from the manipulation of the dream through mentalism. The realization that all of our reality is occurring in the mind allows the exit from the matrix through the understanding of the big picture. Time travel becomes possible as we lift ourselves into another reality where time is fluid and changeable.

Understanding of the structure of the holographic illusion we are in will help us to remember how to manipulate our reality. We are dreamers dreaming inside of a construct, which has universal principles. We chose to dream for experience and to take that experience back to Source. Our external reality reflects our mind within. On a fractal level, as above, so below. We are everything and everything is us.

Everything is energy vibrating at a certain frequency. In our reality, energy is made up of waves of light, sound, heat, consciousness, and electromagnetic fields oscillating at various frequencies. The dark agenda vibrates at a slow frequency. In order to change our reality, we need to vibrate above that frequency while existing in the construct.

Our universe has polarity- Negative and positive, love/fear. In order to change the fulcrum form a dominant, controlling and negatively polarity steeped in fear, our oversoul sent a fractal of itself here in a body in this lifetime. This fractal, our current consciousness her in this body, serves as the “boots on the ground” and the eyes and ears of our oversoul.

The oversoul’s goal is to raise the consciousness and vibrational frequency of the body in order to activate the cell’s “junk” DNA. The planet is also vibrating at a faster rate and humans are being helped to keep up with that frequency. Each person that raises their frequency contributes to the overall polarity of not only the planet, but the Universe as well.

Time is only relevant in the third dimension. Time was created to experience this slow vibration reality. In a positive reality, experiencing time isn’t such a bad thing. However in a negatively controlled reality, time can be manipulated and humanity can also be manipulated to steer toward a particular timeline.

This reality is created in cycles within cycles. The good news is that we are at the end of a grand cycle that allows us to exit one reality and enter another if we choose to. Planet Earth has chosen this timeline and we have the choice to join her. Alchemy is required to change our cells from carbon based to crystalline, and to consciously transmute negative energies and thought forms to positive. We do this through a mind that is run by the heart vibration of love rather than the ego’s fear mode.

By realizing that through the principle of vibrational resonance and the law of attraction, our actions have an opposite and equal reaction and we draw our reality to us through our thoughts, actions, and deeds. In order to change a reality that is not desirable, we can do the work to change our thoughts, actions, and deeds.

We are a fractal of our oversoul and have the ability to connect to other aspects of our oversoul. When we connect to other aspects, we can consciously work on transmuting lower energies for them just like we are doing in our physical body. When we accomplish this, our oversoul becomes more positive and whole and allows the universe to be more positive and whole.

We are doing this work whether we realize it or not. If we consciously work towards the highest and best timeline we will get this accomplished faster than others. It hasn’t been an easy road but we have been collectively forging forward each day. We have found ourselves battling other aspects of our oversoul (past life energies), third dimensional programming, black magic, and triggers that try to keep us at a low vibration.

Some magic tools that can be used to recant and spells, black magic, programming, and hitchhiking energies are repetition and incantation. Every day as you awaken you can say what you want to happen in your reality. You can also call on the highest aspects of yourself for help, as you are the eyes and ears and you have the free will to change what’s above by being below or inside.

For example, here is a magic spell that can move you toward the goals mentioned in this article:

“I now call on my higher self, guides, oversoul, and Source to help show me my highest and best path, and to assist me in transmuting all lower vibrational energies that I am connected to. I am open to receiving the highest energies of Source into this body, which I imagine now coming into my body and burning away all that is not in my highest and best good. I also connect with my oversoul’s other fractals, or my past and future lives, and I send forth this Source energy to cleanse all that is not in my oversoul’s highest and nest good. I am ready to serve and I am grateful for the opportunity to be in this body at this time in the unfoldment of the Universal plan for ascension”.

In the interview below, I spoke with a friend of mine, Cindy Staffin, who fell down a large hill and broke her leg. She could clearly see it was broken and no one knew she had fallen down the hill. By repeating “back in time” over and over for several hours, Cindy healed the broken bones in her leg before she got help and arrived at the emergency room for an X ray.

Another example of repeating an incantation is shown in the movie Somewhere in Time starring the Superman himself, Christopher Reeves. In this movie, the character, Richard realizes ha may be able to travel back in time by focusing on the date and time he wants to be in . He repeats this date and time over and over and finally after days of trying, he falls asleep and awakens in the past.

The oversoul fractals inside the construct have gotten lost and have inadvertently agreed to stay in the construct, not knowing there was an exit from it. We are awakening to who we are and why we are here. Most of us are here to exit this construct through vibrational resonance alchemy and magic, and to bring as many fractals as we can with us.

When you realize that you have the power to influence your reality in the highest and best interests of all, you can begin to stand in that superhuman power to create the reality you want. The highest vibrations of love and gratitude can be magical for you as you heal aspects of your oversoul. Time will become fluid and you will have the ability to go back in time to affect the now and the future. Raising your vibrational frequency above the lower 3d and astral realm will make you invisible to those who wish to siphon your energy. Magic will then begin to sparkle in your world and affect everyone around you.

Apparently, as the planet is being exposed to massive streams and influxes of Intergalactic Plasma fields, this is increasing the rotational spin of electromagnetic fields and this changes the axis point of these spinning fields. Torsion or spinning fields are inherent in the function of many planetary systems of portals, including our Sun, which is also a portal. A torsion or rotational field is an energy field in which the quantum spin of particles can be used to cause discharges, to carry information through a vacuum faster than the speed of light. The torsion field, is a spinning field and in effect, it acts as a pump, that can project and direct energy out from its center point. That pump action is what discharges and distributes the zero point energy field through other energetic systems, that are running specific wave lengths of energetic current. When torsion fields are changing rotational spin, this impacts all portals, stargates and wormholes because they are essentially torsion fields that also inherently interact with all forms of rotating fields.

Torsion fields are linked to antigravity, and the rate of spin can alter matter, they propagate at superluminal speeds into the future time, as well as impacting past timelines or records,. They can be used to alter consciousness states, such as matching the spinning rate with the human beings brain waves. This amplifies those the spinning fields, and this alters our consciousness state. In the human brain, we receive and transmit electromagnetic signals or information in our brain receiver in torsion fields or spinning fields. Essentially, torsion fields are carrier waves for consciousness. In particle physics, the doughnut shape, known as a torus, provides the best environment within which to accelerate particles as it can hold and route the plasma discharges. This would be a torus field in torsion. These Torus fields of electromagnetic energy create anti-gravity effects and also release an abundance of zero point energy. If a particle absorbs or emits electromagnetic energy (for example, photons), its gravitational mass is changed. The gravity, is proportional to the gravitational mass; so, gravity is also altered, and this relates to creating the forces of anti-gravity.

So the point is to bring this information into our greater awareness, as we are being exposed to intergalactic and cosmic sources of plasma, and this directly changes the planetary, solar and other levels of portal systems that we are being exposed to at this time. This is changing the rate of spin of the rotational or torsion fields in our local and nonlocal environment, and this opens up our consciousness to access other dimensions of timelines, moving us into future time or into past time. When we go into the past timelines we can change and heal destructive elements which had impacted our future direction. Or we can go into past timelines and play out the same old or harmful behaviors as a result of poor self awareness and remaining unconscious to these patterns.  Now, it is possible to even potentially slide across timelines or straddle multiple timelines at once. Thus, this changes the core blueprint of our geometric structure in our personal lightbody and greatly shifts our consciousness experiences to perceive multiple dimensions of time. The greater awareness of plasmas relationship to stimulating or creating new forces to impact torsion fields, seems to be preparing us for some radical changes in this new cycle. Certainly, to become aware of the next measurement point being taken on the earth, at the end of 2017.

Collectively during this cycle, we are being exposed to changes in rotational speed and axis of these many varieties of torsion fields, and this alters our physical and consciousness location coordinates, while in time and space. This produces mathematical changes that shift the geometric values of morphogenetic fields, which means that the instruction set that governs the movement of energy and consciousness in time and space is being radically altered. Further, this generates a bifurcation in the overall structure of time and space on planet, and this is very relevant to us now. We have splits occurring between timelines which have governed consciousness (energy) expression on the earth plane in 3D, and we are accessing the laws governing the higher dimensions, as some of us are moving or ascending into future time. Ascending waves of people are gradually being adjusted to phase into the next harmonic universe wave spectrum via their consciousness bodies, and this is altering perceptions of time, as it elevates their consciousness, while in the physical body, to be perceiving the material reality from the higher octave of the earth. The first phase of dimensional shifting into the next harmonic universe is noticing that the etheric body of 3D humans are now being perceived from the higher dimensional plane, and as such, one will start to see more orb bodies, spheres of light or spheres of plasma in the environment.

For many years, the sequential phase of gradually increasing the frequency sets on the earth is the byproduct of Stellar and Solar Activations transmitting frequency to the planet (and humanity) during the Ascension Cycle. The accumulation of progressively increasing frequency being integrated into the overall planetary field is what shifts us into higher frequency dimensions. When the movement into higher dimensions of frequency occurs in the next higher octave level, it creates a great impact in the overall fundamental (base) frequency on earth. The overall fundamental frequency or “base” is also the coordinate location of a fixed point in a time and space field. So when the base frequency changes, so does time and space. This base frequency is comprised from the lowest frequency strings which are resonating in any kind of energy field, whether it is a human aura (think root chakra red as the lowest base frequency), or a group aura, organizational energy field or the multiple layers of energy within the unified planetary field. All of those combined fields of resonating energy are potentially averaged into an overall base frequency. Where the base frequency is resonating is the location at a fixed point in time, which is the value that determines the range of possibilities of that energy field (as a person, place or thing) in the momentum of forces which direct future timelines. Ascending people are experiencing a base frequency change, which shifts their consciousness body coordinates to be located above the morphogenetic fields that manifest 3D timelines.

Previously, our general world perception; world views and values were constructed upon the overall collective consciousness base frequency that is comprised from every human being on the planet. As we ascend towards the higher harmonic octave of reality, we gain more freedom and autonomy from the impacts of the collective human race consciousness field, and ascending people will start to experience being freed from layers of being controlled by human race miasma. The quality of the frequency in the collective race energy field directly impact the coordinate location in time and space that an individual consciousness body has anchored. Currently, we can observe the lowest base collective energy on earth, which reflects the fragmented chaos and severe disconnection that currently dominates the worldscape. Unless humanity breaks away from the Archontic Deception and changes its world view and starts to make different choices, the overall quality of frequency in that collective human race field remains stagnant, recycled and unchanged. However, in ascending groups of people, the individual that has made that choice to transcend ego and Archontic strategies, are able to finally experience autonomy from the previous 3D laws, which had been governed by the collective human race choices. The Bifurcation of Time is forcing directions which will accelerate volatile change and transformation in areas (as well as inside people) that have not made spiritual progress, because for whatever reasons, they have remained emotionally stunted, energetically stagnant or are playing out regressive behaviors. This change that has occurred in the future timelines pushes all humans to transform and elevate their personal choices that had been formed from the 3D world view perception and its lower level of consciousness energies. Thus, the choices being made are between the negative ego layers and belief systems or sourcing from the spiritualized higher self, and this choice is established on which alternate identity has taken control over the overall consciousness body, and therefore has taken control over the physical body at this time.
