All emptiness, holes, vacancies, rips, tears, or injuries from the invocation, contract negation and removal of artificial intelligence are now to be filled with Divine Light of the Holy Spirit, the Word of the One True Living God. “Through the course of growing up from childhood into adulthood, we develop coping skills and will come to label people, places or objects in the environment that are acceptable or not acceptable in our belief systems. Ego defenses are similar to mental racketeering programs that are commonly used as coping mechanisms for reducing day to day anxiety, fears, and obsessions that are related to thought addiction or the need to control the environment. When we are addicted to our thoughts, we have lost balance with our feelings and sensory abilities that allow us to be fully present in the moment and be in a receptive mode to better discern the environment and their energies. We work hard to retain the belief that ‘I’m OK’ and there is nothing is wrong with me, even when faced with repeated negative patterns and feeling unhappy in life. Our ego minds are programmed and then neurologically wired to select and interpret evidence supporting the relationship to our self as ‘I’m OK’ and there is nothing wrong with me that I need to change, even when there is evidence that proves this to be contradictory. A variety of mechanisms: conscious, unconscious, and social will direct our attention to ignore the negative behaviors we cause in our life and to instead highlight what we think is positive or acceptable in order to increase our optimism and reduce our anxiety when facing problems or challenges. Unfortunately, we often are confused by what we perceive incorrectly through our own need to be okay through self-justification. Self-justification based upon social and mental programs of acceptance of negative and harmful behaviors, is deeply ingrained in each of us in order to feel better. To cope in this world our mental patterns make it easier for us to surface skim the information in the environment that easily supports what we already think we know or believe. To remain comfortable with our world view through confirmation bias, even if its not working well for us, is the way we resist change, or resist the need for emotional and spiritual growth. These mental thought patterns are distortions that we call ego defense mechanisms. Ego defense mechanisms help us avoid accepting evidence that challenges our self-image as a good and worthy person or that challenge our strongly held stereotypes or belief systems. We formulate these distortions as Ego Defense Mechanisms because we have not learned how to free the mind through the use of Negative Ego tools for self-exploration and deeper self-inquiry. As we learn to free our mind and love ourselves unconditionally, we know that we are okay without needing to self-justify. When we are free of our own need for self-justification, by increasing our inner self-approval and self-love, no matter where we find ourselves, then we do not need to justify others or justify ourselves. We are then freed to be capable of unconditionally loving others no matter what they may be choosing to do in that moment. It is what it is in this moment. We can blend a synthesis of analysis with Higher Sensory Perception in order to have better assessment ability and to understand, what is. Our goal in self-mastery is to find the balance between our thought process and our feeling process so that we recognize distortions in our thinking which block Higher Sensory Perception. Every soul is taking the same journey, but each soul has evolved at a different level. The teachings of the Law of One describe the spiritual laws that govern our spiritual evolution for each dimension and it represents the ultimate path to achieve sovereignty in the Cosmic Christ Consciousness. Simply put, the Law of One is the Universal Truth that All Is One. Ego Defense Mechanisms in a deceitful person give them self-justification to lie as they are either self-righteous or serving a cause where everyone lies. This is delusional behavior. We know that honesty is always the true pathway in our relationship with God that leads us towards Spiritual Maturity and Freedom. It is the Truth taught by Christ when he proclaimed, ‘Love your neighbor as you love yourself.’By continually using an Ego Defense Mechanism to avoid facing the source causation of the anxiety or deeply rooted fear, which is unresolved pain or trauma, we are only perpetuating the mental looping which uses denial of the truth in order to avoid feeling pain or discomfort. Denial of the Truth is the seed of all Ego Defense Mechanisms.”

The Death Culture is used to promote destructive lifestyles in order to permanently damage the heart, damage the Soul and Brain into some kind of form of fragmentation or dissociation. Dissociative behaviours eliminate all traces of true human Empathy and remove the Accountability towards the ethical implication that is behind the operations of the current world social, political, military, corporate structures in order to carry this out, in order to manifest internal Walls of Separation because fragmentation and Compartmentalization is also very much related to the creation of internal Walls of Separation. This is something that exists in us, can exist in us in terms of our light body. When these internal walls of separation are built in our 1st, 2nd or 3rd chakra this is when people can have extreme Trauma.

Crying is our natural reaction when we feel pain, disappointment or sadness. Science tells us that it is completely normal and healthy to cry, but some cultures take a strong stand against crying, most especially for men. Some parents teach their male children not to cry saying that it is a sign of weakness or vulnerability. However, what these parents fail to realize is that crying has plenty of benefits that can contribute to the overall well being of their children.

Crying can help you connect with others

You might be uncomfortable to reveal how you truly feel to others but being vulnerable is the best way that you can show someone that you are open to establishing a deeper connection with him.

Crying can help you to move on

Sometimes relationships can go downhill, whether it is a relationship with your family, friend or a special someone. When you are suffering from the burden of sorrow over the loss of a person dear to your heart, crying can help you move forward. It allows you to confront your feelings without fear. Sure, you might break down for a while, but in you will gradually feel relieved and when you do, you can move on with your life.

Crying flushes out toxins from your body

Science actually tells us that crying can help our body flush out harmful toxins. Dr. William H. Frey II at the St. Paul-Ramsey Medical Center discovered that stress-related tears help your body to get rid of toxic chemicals that raise cortisol or what is generally called as the “stress hormone.” This explains why we feel better after crying.

Crying can help you with stress

Our emotions work like ropes. When we let our emotions to take over us, it is the same as allowing ourselves to be tied up with ropes. We are incapacitated. We cannot move and we feel helpless. There are many reasons to be emotional and it does not only involve romantic affairs or family problems. It can also involve issues at work or with yourself. Whatever the reason is, crying can help you deal with stress. Professor Roger Baker, a consultant clinical psychologist at Bournemouth University, supports this notion. He asserts that crying allows us to transform our sorrows into something tangible and that significantly helps with reducing trauma.

Do not be afraid to cry. Crying is not a sign of weakness. It is a sign that you are strong enough to face what is eating you up inside. It is a sign that you are not running away from the things that should be confronted. Cry and let your tears heal you from negativity.

I would like to end my article with this small quote from talks given by a wise mystic Osho:

“Tears have to be given a new meaning, a new poetry and a totally new dimension – which they have lost because humanity has lived in misery and tears have become part of that misery. Secondly, because humanity has been dominated by man he has made it a point of his ego and pride that he will not cry. It is feminine to cry, it is womanish to have tears. It is not true. It is an ugly, male chauvinist idea – not only ugly, but unnatural and untrue, because man’s eyes have as many tear glands as women’s eyes have. Nature has not made any difference in tear glands.”

More men go mad than women, for the simple reason that man goes on controlling. A moment comes that the repression becomes too much and there is a breakdown. The woman does not control; when she feels like crying, she cries. She is more natural than man. That has given her a few more experiences that man has missed. The woman is healthier; she lives longer, five years more than man. She is more calm and quiet.

It has been told to us that tears are a symptom of weakness – they are not. Tears can cleanse not only your eyes, but your heart too. They soften you, it is a biological strategy to keep you clean, to keep you unburdened. It is now a well-known fact that less women go mad than men. And the reason has been found to be that women can cry and weep more easily than men. Even to the small child it is said, “Be a man, don’t cry like a woman!”

“But if you look at the physiology of your body, you have the same glands full of tears whether you are man or woman. It has been found that less women commit suicide than men. And of course, no woman in history has been the cause of founding violent religions, wars, massacres. Our mind, body and spirit are all connected. When one of these factors are off balance, our whole body will feel it on some level. Emotions can cause physical symptoms, spiritual disharmony can cause emotional systems and so on.

To be in complete health and harmony, our being needs to be in balance. While there are many things you can do to achieve this, here is one suggestion for each “body” that you can do every day.

Even though these suggestions are quick and easy, they can go a long way in helping you to restore balance, peace and harmony within your entire being.

For the Mind

The mind is a very powerful tool and when out of balance it can lead to worry, anxiety, fear and withdrawal. When in balance however, our mind can help stimulate creativity, make decisions, enhance our intuition and provide the drive and motivation to get things done.

To help balance and recharge the mind, meditation is truly the best practice however, it make it more interesting why not try a Writing Meditation?

Writing Meditation

Retreat to a quiet place with pen and paper in hand. Get comfortable and take 2-3 deep breaths. As you exhale imagine the contents of your mind being emptied out through your nose and mouth. Next, begin writing. It doesn’t matter what your write, just start with the first things that come to your mind. The idea with this is to keep writing without stopping. If you don’t know what to write, just make stuff up until you get in the rhythm and flow. Keep writing until you have completed 3-4 full pages back and front.

This exercise is best done at the start or end of the day. It is a simple daily practice, but a very powerful one. It helps to empty conscious thoughts and get to the heart of the subconscious mind in order to release any hidden blockages or fears.

For the Body

The body is the vessel in which we move through the world. Every body is unique and every body has its own definition and place of balance. When the body is in balance it becomes easier to express your soul, clear your mind and fulfil your purpose. When out of balance however, it can lead to physical symptoms and weakened immunity.

The best thing you can do for your body every day is to nourish it with clean, organic fruits and vegetables. To really recharge the body, the fruits and vegetables you consume should be organic and straight from the farm if possible. This is because a lot of the fresh produce at supermarkets is many weeks old before it gets there and therefore, deficient in many nutrients. (Shopping at farmers markets or growing your own is best!)

Aim to eat at least 5 serves of vegetables and 1-2 serves of fruit every day with a combination of both raw and cooked. (Ideally 80% raw 20% cooked).

If you are going to cook any of your fruits and veg, steaming or stir-frying is best. Definitely avoid cooking in the microwave or boiling as this destroys a lot of the nutritional value.

Eating a good amount of fresh food is highly protective for the body and can help to restore energy levels, stimulate healing and improve your physical health. It is truly the best thing you can do for your body.

For the Spirit

The spirit is the energy or life force that lives within all of us. When we die, it is our spirit body that leaves this earth, not our physical body. Our spirit body is so powerful and can never be destroyed.

The primary purpose of the spirit body is to grow and evolve. While it can’t be destroyed, it can be morphed, shifted and changed.

In order to enhance the health of the spirit body, the best thing you can do is to create. Getting in touch with your creative juices is a great way to express the spirit and can allow you to feel a greater sense of connectivity with your spirit energy.

There are no rules or guidelines when it comes to creation. Experiment with whatever feels best to you such as-

  • Coloring and drawing
  • Painting
  • Gardening
  • Dancing
  • Music
  • Cooking
  • Knitting/Crocheting
  • Gardening
  • Writing
  • Pottery
  • Construction/Woodwork

By taking the time every day to create and allow your creativity to flow, it can do wonders for your spirit and can help you to also get in touch with your passions and desires.

It’s True - Your Mind Plays Tricks On You

Like all people, I experience a range of emotions, some high and some low. At this point in my life, I’ve learned how to raise my vibration deliberately, and I am pretty good at hanging around in happiness for longer periods of time, but I’ve noticed my mind plays tricks on me when I’m in the lower vibrations. My guess is that yours does too!

See, when we are in the lower vibrations, we are a “match” to thoughts that mirror how we feel inside. When we are sad, the sad thoughts pile one on top of the next. When we are angry, more things to be angry about present themselves easily and relentlessly.

For instance, have you ever been upset at someone, and then every last little terrible thing they had ever done in their life suddenly popped into your memory? Have you ever been in an argument and just kept thinking of new reasons to be mad?

The truth is, when you are in a negative state, the floodgates of negative thoughts will open. Suddenly, there’s not just one reason to be mad, there’s a dozen. Almost instantaneously, there’s not just one reason to feel down, there’s a hundred more marching in behind it.

These thoughts don’t mean that you are failing, or making mistakes or headed toward a miserable end in life. It’s just the Law of Attraction, bringing you thoughts that you are a vibrational match to in a temporary state, that’s all.

This can be tricky for someone who is trying to deliberately raise his or her vibration. While you may want to “think positive,” thinking positive does not come naturally from a place of depression or anger.

This can be even trickier for someone who doesn’t know about the Law of Attraction, and it’s why many people get “stuck” in the lower vibrations for long periods of time.

Understanding this mechanism has been very helpful to me, and my hope is that it will be for you as well.

When the negative thoughts start to pile up, I’ve learned it can be very effective to remind myself of how attraction works. Instead of taking these thoughts too seriously, I’ll simply tell myself “The only reason why I am thinking these negative thoughts right now is because I am in a low vibrational state. When I am feeling better, it will all make sense and I’ll feel optimistic about my life again.”

This is helpful because it’s a quick reminder to me that good things can still happen for me, and when I feel a little happier, I’ll find the solutions I need and make the progress I am seeking. Instead of worrying and fussing and getting too caught up in the negativity, I remember these thoughts aren’t particularly rational, and they aren’t a true representation of me or my life.

The truth is, I’ve found my way to a smile or a laugh almost every single day of my life, and chances are you have too. Even people who don’t understand the power of positive thinking are known to be happy from time to time, and this means that our negative thoughts are never universally significant or valid. We are all seeking our happiness, and this is why even the most miserable people are usually still able to find it with regularity.

You are a powerful creator when you are happy, and anyone who can find happiness can become what they want to become.

This reminder gives me a little relief, and relief is exactly what you need when you are down to pick yourself back up. Relief is always the path back to happiness, and this statement can be an effective step in the right direction.

So when you’re upset or mad, and it seems like you’re getting nothing but hostile or depressing thoughts, remember that your mind plays tricks on you when you are down. From a low vibrational state, low vibrational thoughts are magnetized to you. However, when your mood bounces back up (and it always does) you will be a magnet for thoughts that remind you of your power and a stream of reasons to be happy and grateful for your life and everything in it-even the things that seem so awful in the moment.

You can do, be or have anything that you want, and you’ll see this truth more clearly when the storm passes. All you have to do is hang on for a little bit.

AIMEE HALPIN: “10 Things You Notice Near an Empath”

I once called the insurance phone number to ask a question.  An hour later, the woman had shared her whole life story with me and I am not sure she ever answered my question, but I made her feel better.  What is an empath anyway and did I just make that up?  There are probably thousands of stories like this for me, but I want you to think about times you have interacted with someone and felt all the same feelings they have…or perhaps they have told you things you just didn’t really need to know. 

My entire life, I have felt different.  I think I have tried really hard to keep a lid on it all until the last 5 years.  Derived from the Greek “em” (in) and “pathos” (feeling), the term empathic means I am able to “feel into” others’ feelings.  At first, I thought I was just using my computer skills to really know what to post on my fan page for the blog.  I always seemed to post just the right quote for my real-life friends, and my page continued to grow that way.

After a while, people began to really identify with my story, and came to me for answers.  I continued to grow my client list in my all-natural supplement business Vitalize You because I could get to the root of what the client needed.  I learned that I felt what my client was saying to me and within a few short conversations, seriously knew what they needed to do whether it was on the phone or through messaging.  I could pick up on vibrations. 

So what does this all mean for you if you are friends with one?  I have a few tips on what you might notice.

10 Things You Notice Near an Empath:

  1. Please take what we say seriously.  If you ask us for advice, even if it sounds crazy, there is some truth in it.  We just know things and it bothers the heck out of us when you ask us for advice and don’t listen.  Sometimes things makes sense to us long before they make sense to you…and that includes “coincidences” that aren’t really a coincidence at all.
  2. Lies have no place in any conversation with us ever.  The surest way to ruin a friendship with an empath is to continue lying to them.  It’s just sad really because there is no point and it has been really painful for me personally.  I have had to look into the eyes of a close friend and see the hesitation for a split second and I literally felt the lie as it slipped over my skin.  I can’t explain it and I don’t want to.  It is one of my most uncomfortable traits to not be able to turn off.
  3. Any national tragedy is unbearable…no matter how far away.  I wrote a post after Sandy Hook Elementary School was in the news and to this day I can’t read about it.  Period.  I become the pain in a way I can’t explain to other people.  Plus, I was also a teacher.  I can’t “unfeel” so the less I know, the better.
  4. They always look tired.  I love everyone, I do.  But stop asking me why I have dark circles under my eyes.  They have been there my whole life.  Many empaths get diagnosed with chronic fatigue because they don’t know how to shield themselves properly from energy vampires.  This is a work in progress for many.
  5. Healing often becomes their way of life.  My friend called me the bridge the other night.  I was like interesting.  I am the bridge.  I see what needs to be done and I just suggest it for others.  Whether it is tests, home remedies, alternative methods, exercise, nutrition, or holistic therapy suggestions, I just see it.  It is how I approached my own care and came up with my wellness program, and it is how I have helped hundreds of others.  It is my job to bridge the gap between modern medicine and what needs to be done in your body.
  6. They might get distracted easily and daydream.  This is really true as I can feel some currents and go off on some other task.  This is one of the reasons I have to stay organized as best I can.
  7. Living a lie would be damn near impossible.  If someone asks me to do something I don’t like…I find a way to procrastinate.  However, the procrastination might just be my intuition saying you really have to tell them no.  Likewise, when someone asks me to do anything at all like “covering up for them” or “lie for them” I have a hard time holding in my anger at this type of behavior.
  8. No room for narcissism at all. I was asked to be in this group of people who were fawning all over someone.  I thought I was going to lose my shit on all of them because the guy shows how much money he has, what he drives, how many people “love” him, and it is the biggest act I have ever seen.  Things nobody has time for.  THAT.  My BS meter is way too high.
  9. The love of animals is strong within us.  Most empaths love their animals as if they are furry children and would do anything for them.  Anything.  So just know that if you don’t like our animals…we know and you won’t last long around us.
  10. Empaths need laughter daily.  We are connected to our bodies, sometimes.  Mostly, we are in our heads.  BUT you can help us by asking us to live in the moment with you.  To laugh.  To get out of the house if we are in hermit mood, because sometimes the world is too much for us to take.  We need to remember what it’s like to be connected.

I can’t say that this is your friend…or you, but if you identify with all of these things, then yes, you probably know what it’s like to be an empath.  I unfortunately mean what I say as I utter“I feel your pain.” I always appreciate my close friends understanding this of me and giving me the space to breathe and recharge.
